et’s face it, the best athletes on any team are the fastest athletes.

The athlete with the most speed is almost always going to be more successful.

The fact that you’re reading this right now tells me that you know this is true and that your son or daughter is not as fast as you want them to be.

But how do you make them faster?

After all, like many parents, maybe you were told that you can’t teach speed.

That your kid is either born with it or they’re not, right?

Wrong!

Arguably the biggest myth in all of sports is that you can’t coach speed or teach athletes how to run faster or make serious improvements to their agility and change of direction quickness.
